In 2024, Emma successfully built and scaled the Brand Ambassador program on Social Ladder, driving significant results from the ground up. In just one year, the program generated over 5 million impressions in online brand awareness and $801K in sales through ambassador codes. This high-performing community played a pivotal role in increasing both brand awareness and revenue, showcasing the power of strategic influencer and affiliate marketing.

PARTNERSHIPS & COLLABORATIONS

Emma has led impactful brand partnerships that amplify visibility and drive sales. A standout collaboration with e.l.f. Cosmetics generated 165K+ impressions on a single post, while a Disney Game Day activation at the University of Alabama increased campus awareness and resulted in a $5K sorority beading session sale. Additionally, the team secured a partnership with University Tees to obtain Greek licensing for a sorority bracelet, expanding reach in the collegiate market and further solidifying brand presence among Gen Z audiences.

STRATEGIC INSTAGRAM GROWTH

Managing Little Words Project’s Instagram presence, Emma from The Media Blueprint developed and executed a high-impact content and engagement strategy. Key campaigns, including BFCM, the Girl Mess Drop, the CHARMS Event, the Word of the Year campaign, the Love Club Collection launch, and multiple Disney collaborations, which drove significant engagement and brand growth. With a focus on follower acquisition, the team successfully grew the Instagram audience by 3.5%, adding 12K+ new followers in just three months.

CELSIUS

CELSIUS ON CAMPUS

Emma launched CELSIUS ON CAMPUS, a nationwide collegiate marketing program at CELSIUS Holdings, to drive brand awareness among college students. The initiative focuses on strategic sampling near major universities, hosting dynamic events with student housing communities, and partnering with Greek life for philanthropic collaborations. Since its inception, CELSIUS ON CAMPUS has expanded to over 120 universities across 40+ states and continues to grow at an unprecedented pace.

COLLEGIATE MARKETING

In 2022, Emma led the expansion of CELSIUS University, growing the program from 17 to 68 campus representatives in just four months. She developed and implemented systems to streamline operations, optimized assets, created a structured curriculum, designed comprehensive training decks, and established key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure a successful and impactful semester for all campus representatives.

TRADE MARKETING

To drive sales and enhance brand engagement, Emma partnered with the CELSIUS sales team to develop door hangers introducing college students to the brand's latest flavor innovation. These hangers provided a sampling opportunity while directing students to purchase CELSIUS at their local Walmart. This initiative allowed the trade marketing team to strategically leverage the College Program to strengthen relationships with key retailers

PARTNERSHIP MARKETING

UNIVERSITY TEES

Emma established a partnership with University Tees, resulting in a collaboration for their Cloud 9 2.0 hoodie drop. For the month of May, all hoodie colors were named after CELSIUS flavors, seamlessly integrating the brand into the collection.

LEERFIELD

Emma led CELSIUS Holdings' first-ever sports marketing partnership by securing a groundbreaking deal with Learfield and Texas A&M, marking the brand’s debut in sports marketing collaborations.

NCA/NDA CHEER COMPETITION

At CELSIUS, Emma identified an opportunity to break into the cheer industry and leveraged a connection with Varsity Sports to secure a Presenting Sponsorship at the largest cheer and dance competition of the year. During the event, she worked on-site alongside the Team Lead, overseeing setup, managing ambassadors, creating content, and fostering key relationships to maximize brand impact.

STRATEGIC CONTENT CREATION 

Taylor leads content creation and graphic design for Total Mortgage, leveraging both low-fi and high-fi content to drive engagement. Beyond execution, she developed a comprehensive content strategy and social media playbook for 350+ loan officers, equipping them with scripts, marketing tips, and social graphics to elevate their personal brands. This solution is ideal for businesses with multiple locations struggling to streamline content while maintaining brand consistency.

STRATEGIC TIKTOK GROWTH

Taylor is redefining TikTok for brands, using corporate comedy and informative content to turn complex industries into engaging conversations. Her strategy has humanized the mortgage process, making it more approachable for first-time buyers while driving real results.

From January to March 2025, her content creation and TikTok strategy for Total Mortgage organically fueled a 318% surge in video views and an increase in expanded audience reach by 304% compared to the previous 60 days.
